An Old School American Style Diner Concept:

A unique concept, styled with a character that takes diners back to the 50’s and 60’s. Aimed at bringing families to the table to sit, eat and enjoy fun times together. With a menu specialising in Peri-Peri chicken, sundae’s, milkshakes and an extensive, expansive range of cheesecake flavours.

Justin Birmingham is an internationally recognised, qualified, professional chef, with more than twenty years of postgraduate experience. Since training, and gaining his qualifications in NZ, Justin has pursued his culinary dreams, accessing a wide variety of cultures and experiences, including cheffing in the prestigious 2 Michelin starred restaurant in the UK, called Winteringham Fields.  Keen to explore new avenues, he returned to NZ, to establish himself as one of the ‘young talents’ to watch and follow. In 2011, he relocated to Shanghai. This has been the platform for Justin to bring over 15 successful concepts to fruition, to date. Justin sticks by his ethos, to lead the whole restaurant, and not just the kitchen brigade, to achieve both individual and establishment success. He is noted for being heavily involved in the design process, project management, teaching and the overall operation of the company. His passion for his craft is always evident.
